The works designed by GDM Architects comprises sheet piled foundations, 10 steel portal framed
units, profiled metal insulated cladding and the formation of 2 dock levellers.

With a ridge height of 17m and a floor plate of over 1000m2 the fully racked high bay warehouse creates enough space to store over 4000 pallet’s.

The design and construction of the steel frame industrial unit required careful consideration and coordination to cause minimal disruption to the surrounding businesses which were in continuous use throughout the contract. Further issues included fire protection to the flank wall which was in close proximity to the site boundary.

The building is now complete and the defects liability period expired in Q4 2021.
