Wilkinson Construction Consultants were appointed to oversee the refurbishment of the back of house area and rehearsal areas at 108 Upper Street.

Within a limited budget the project saw improvements to disabled access, toilet accommodation, thermal performance, lighting and fire safety throughout the building. The refurbishment was sympathetic to the existing building and needed to be carried out whilst the rehearsal facilities remained in use, presenting a series of challenges.
